Who Dat may belong to the people again soon enough. The NFL announced Saturday that it has reached a settlement on behalf of itself and the New Orleans Saints with Who Dat?, Inc., a company that had claimed to have trademarked the catchphrase, that dismisses a lawsuit over the use of “Who Dat?” on merchandise.

Members of the New Orleans Saints football team, such as Jimmy Graham and Drew Brees, have generously donated several signed pieces of memorabilia to help benefit the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) in an auction on eBay. In the wake of the recent events at Penn State University, they donated these items to support the #ProudPSUforRAINN campaign in effort to help prevent and treat victims of sexual abuse.

The auction items include a jersey signed by running back, Mark Ingram, footballs signed by the team’s wide receivers and running backs, a pair of cleats signed by quarterback, Drew Brees, as well as several other valuable pieces. These items are currently available on eBay until this Sunday, January 22 at 4p.m., PST. 100% of the proceeds will benefit RAINN. Below is a link to all of the items being auctioned:

Well the season is over.. it was a tough lost BUT we still support our town! And guess what Superbowl 47 is in the Superdome!

And Charles C J Moreau posted a great picture from 2AM at the airport where our fans.. the best in the NFL were out in force supporting the Saints when they returned from San Fran.

The Who Dat Nation would like to wish Pierre Thomas a speedy recovery from that hit, Pierre is one of the best carries we have but it sure looked like he was knocked out with that hit to the head.  Get Better P!

Time to start working on locking up Drew and a few other key players and let’s get better!!
