Déjà vu

Below are comments from back when Sal Monistere first got
“Who Dat Fever” and tried to take over Who Dat from the Who Dat Nation. Fast
forward to 2017 and guess what the Saints are having an amazing season and out
of the woodwork comes Sal Monistere, who now wants to own the Who Dat Nation.
Funny how we only hear from him when the Saints are winning, but when they are
losing I guess he just goes back to Texas and waits for things to change.

Sal and Who Dat, Inc now want to take the domain WhoDatNation.com
from fans of the team, who stick with the team winning or losing. Back in 2009
WhoDatNation.com met with Sal and wanted to work with him to help Saints fans,
but could not reach an agreement.

So now when you cannot work out a deal you try to steal the
domain name.

Saints fans… What do you think?? Let us know at admin@whodatnation.com

Saints’ season finale against Buccaneers flexed to 3:25 p.m.

The NFL announced Sunday night that it will flex the New Orleans Saints’ game at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to 3:25 p.m. The matchup between the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons will be at the same time.

Both games were originally scheduled for noon kickoffs, but the league decided to move both to the later time. Per the announcement, keeping the games at the same time was important from a competition standpoint. Both games will air on FOX.

If the Saints (11-4) win Sunday, they’ll claim the NFC South championship, but they can still win the division if they lose and the Falcons (9-6) beat the Panthers (11-4).

The Saints can win their first division crown since 2011 next Sunday.

New Orleans Saints beat Atlanta Falcons 23-13, earn playoff spot

clinch

The New Orleans Saints are back in the playoffs. After sitting out the postseason the past three seasons, New Orleans’ 23-13 victory over division rival Atlanta earned the Saints (11-4) a playoff spot.

As expected, Sunday’s game at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome was a wild contest between two bitter rivals but the Saints came up with the bigger plays and the win.

The Saints defense, perhaps the story of the team’s turnaround this season, came through again with a fourth-and-goal stop at 1 in the fourth quarter and by forcing two turnovers. Defensive end Cam Jordan, putting together an NFL Defensive Player of the Year season, sacked Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan twice (Jordan has 12 on the season), all-everything cornerback Marshon Lattimore made an amazing “butt-interception” and linebacker Manti Te’o and tackle Tyeler Davison combined on a key forced fumble and recovery that ended a likely scoring drive for the Falcons (9-6). Te’o played a very strong game in placed of injured starter A.J. Klein and the Saints defense registered three other sacks.

An NFC South showdown!

We have the Atlanta Falcons in New Orleans for the two teams’ second meeting in the past three weeks. Meanwhile, the Carolina Panthers will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Saints can clinch a playoff berth with a win over the Falcons, and they’ll seal the NFC South if the Buccaneers also beat the Panthers. Carolina would clinch a playoff spot with a win. So would the Falcons, if they defeat the Saints. In that scenario, the Saints would be eliminated from the division race, and the NFC South would be determined by the winner of a Week 17 game between the Panthers and Falcons.
