The New Orleans Saints announced Tuesday that the club has signed free agent fullback Kyle Eckel and safety Herana-Daze Jones and waived kicker John Carney and cornerback Marcus McCauley. The announcement was made by Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis.
